Q : What is The’E’ShopOnline?

The’E’ShopOnline is your one-stop ‘E’Shop for Electronics, Multimedia and a variety of categories. The website offers you a range of best brands at competitive prices with great after sales service to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

Q : How do I start buying?

Simply register through the registration tab and enter all information to the best of your knowledge. Sign in through your account, view products you like and click on the Buy Now Tab. You can either purchase products for yourself or as a gift to a special someone with a personalized message! Payments can be made through either cash on delivery, Pay Pal or Product Collection. Q : How do I redeem my product purchased?

Simply use your coupon reference (this will be e-mailed to you) along with your ID copy presented at the time of collection or pick-up to redeem your product. Kindly always keep a note of your Unique Coupon Code to quote references at the time of booking. Your Unique Coupon Code will be sent to you through e-mail and also and SMS notification on your registered mobile phone.

Q : I bought my deal yesterday, but see a special offer for the same product tomorrow. Can I change it to the offer price?

No. Offers are not pre-determined and are not meant to change your buying patterns. A product once purchased, unless detected to have a default, will not be refundable. You wouldn’t walk back into a store a few days after purchasing a product and seeing it on an offer to request a discount, would you?

Q : How safe are my transactions?

The’E’ShopOnline doesn’t store any credit card details and runs your online purchases only through a verified payment gateway with SSL certificates in place. We also store all your personal information in firewall-protected servers ensuring information protection. What’s more, the website is VeriSign approved with an encryption key length of SSL bits. If that’s not enough, our team in-house follows an exhaustive list of checks when registering a user as well as processing an order to avoid fraud risks and protection of everyone’s interest!

Q : When do I get billed for the product purchased?

If purchasing a product through the Pay Pal method, post account verification, you are immediately billed with the product value. However, on cash on delivery and product collection, you are billed at the time of product receipt.

Q : What are the payment methods on Eshop?

Cash on Delivery With this method, you can make payment of products purchased at the time of delivery at their doorstep. You will be contacted after 24 hours (within 48 working hours) of your order placement and a time of delivery will be confirmed (please note, your registered address with us will be the only point of delivery). You can pay by cash or credit card (please specify at the time you are called) and will have to show your original ID reference and provide a copy as well for our records (preferably a passport or driver’s license).
Payment can be made by cash, certified check or money order, depending on what is stipulated in the shipping contract.
Cash on delivery charges at AED 12 will apply per visit.

Customer Collection In case you’d like to pick up the products from our doorstep and make the payment on receipt of product, you can do so by visiting ADDRESS.
Please note, customers without a booking will not be entertained.
You will receive a call from us after 24 hours (within 48 working hours) of your order placement. Please specify the time you’d like to pick up your product.
